Message frequency will vary depending on your service schedule and activity. Dispo does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, you will no longer receive service notifications via SMS, though you may continue to receive service updates by email.
